Mind=blown at derick more plates more dates popularity
Not mind blown at why hes popular, seems like a good guy and seems knowledgeable, i get it.
Just mind blown at how popular and successful he actually has become. I remember when his videos were just some fringe scientific vids around balding and whatnot.
Now mans got over a million subs on youtube, a supplement company, and has been on joe rogan.
Respect. Good for him. Just goes to show you miscers that anyone can make it if they just put in the work and keep hustlin cuz.

When did he first come out?
I’m betting it was 10 years ago or close
Everyone thinks these YouTubers are overnight celebrities but in reality they’ve been building their channels for a very very long time
Look at nelk for example - started off doing pranks at the local timmies in southern Ontario and 10 years later meeting with Donald trump on a jet, living the Hollywood dream and have 7m plus subs

He dives deep into the scientific literature though so hes not the usual fitness jebroni.
Honestly, i would have never guessed based on his vids back then that he would be this successful on and off youtube. Again, mirin his work ethic.
Moral of the story: keep hustlin cuz

Agreed
Mind blown at how he has like 200k views 10 hours after posting a random vid about something.
His content is pretty niche aswell.
Nice to see someone succeeding without following the «formula» or being caricatures of themselves

Start a YouTube channel but it is expensive(camera, ligths, microphone, etc...) and does take time to get views/subscribers. Also editing.
