Overall laboratory-confirmed estimated prevalence of HIV infection was 9.2% (95% confidence interval [CI] = 6.0%, 13.7%; κ = 24).Among transwomenand transmen, HIV infection prevalence estimates were14.1%(95% CI = 8.7%, 22.2%; κ = 13) and 3.2% (95% CI = 1.4%, 7.1%; κ = 8), respectively.

briefly read through summary. The surveys they took were from various groups including people who voluntarily took the hiv test (so they think they were exposed). It was weighted to high risk people

My conclusion isnt 1/7. My conclusion is its >50% higher. (based off 9% from their surveys and 14% trans). 9.2% from general populice is obviously off
