I’m not a huge sweets guy, but I absolutely would demolish that cookie into a hundred pieces and toss it in the trash. Maybe in the compost since you’re so proud of it.

I used the Tollhouse semi sweet chocolate chunks (can use the chips if you prefer.) I fold most of them in the batter to melt but I like to sprinkle a few on top. Those won't fully melt but I prefer some whole chunks on top.
