Just fukkin LMAO @ rentcels

OOOOOOOOOOO

oooooo

i'm gonna

reeeeeeeeeent

Pretty much the only legit justification for renting is having to move to a new location for work temporarily. Otherwise it's certified goyim cuckery of the highest order

Stay in your family home until you can afford to buy your own place (ideally with little to no debt, just lmao @ being a mortagecel too) and then become a homeowner and move out.

Oh and if your parents/family charge you rent to live there then you should seriously disown them forever (ded fukkin srs)

In4 rentcel cope and seethe

The best one I got recently was from you.

It is already out of my cp.

I was expecting it after negging you but I gotta say your execution was flawless.

I made a post to someone who was coming out against an idea but their only response was to attack the person.

I said something like “ad hominem doesn’t devalue their perspective, not saying their perspective is valid”.

Your neg comment was a personal attack about being short.

Of course you are an obnoxious unwarranted dick head who can **** himself, but I did actually laugh at the neg comment and how it played into the post.

Also, go **** yourself. negs on spread. as always.

looking forward to your next neg comment. keep it entertaining for me.

Can't live with my family OP, otherwise I would. Instead I'm a rentcel for the rest of my twenties tbh.

Reasons:

- Drunk uncle who threw his life away: divorce / jail time / career loss / gave entire net worth to ex-wife / etc. He now occupies the guest room.

- Autistic brother is in his 30's and will never have a job, doesn't even have a highschool diploma. Will never work / study, just consume and play games watch movies all damn day. He has the other room.

- Even if there was another room, autistic brother would be annoying to have in the house while I'm working remote. As would the other family members tbh.

Rent for the place I'm in now is $1500 less a month than it would be to own the same place currently if I bought it. I realize it's not like that everywhere but there are mitigating factors beyond simply if you need to move within a couple of years. I've proved the same for many major markets in the US as well and any major Canadian city it's a clear stupid financial decision to buy and be house poor right now.

Living in a family home implies that you actually have one. My parents split up 30 years ago and I don't live in the same city as either of them.
