Supposed to be getting another job offer today, what do
I am on day 3 of onboarding at my current new job, another bigger company told me I don’t have to redo any interview process after being rejected from a specific team within the company and that they found a team for me and are just gonna give me an offer today. My current salary is 70k but my job is open to giving me a data science related position with only a bachelors degree which is rare. Should I ask for 90k from the other company due to inflation, and positives from this current job since I have nothing much to lose? The other company gives two weeks company shutdown a year and he better benefits.
Cliffs
Do I counter offer with 90k if they offer 75k and risk being turned down since I have less to lose at this point

I’m tempted to stay at my company because of the data science position they are willing to give but the salary sucks right now.
