Misc, do you prefer your ketchup cold?

Had a debate last night hanging out with 6 orher guys (gay as fuk cuz). Anyway,
chilling out making burgers/food on the grill. I see homeboy put the ketchup in the freezer... I'm like aye yo why the fuk are you doing?? He says he like his ketchup cold.... this fukin blew my mind. But then another guy chimes in and says he's the same way and putting the ketchup in the freezer to cool it down was a great idea. Basically, out of 6 dudes, 2 like cold, 2 room temperature and 2 never thought about it before in their lives.

What does misc think?

I wish i could have recorded the convo because it was hilarious.

Lol damn, you too.

From what i gather, people grow up used to it being in the refrigerator (to preserve it) so it's normal to be cold. Thing is, you don't need to refrigerate ketchup. I think it's all about how your family stored ketchup growing up. We never refrigerated it.

I know i sound autistic right now. Definitely funnier to talk about IRL

Yeah. Since the ketchup we were using was brand new, it was room temp. So he threw it in the freezer to cool it down the way he likes it.
