200ng/dl testosterone and doctor prescribed me...

Antidepressants and viagra.

ded fkn srs.

Went in for low libido, depression, low energy, boner issues, and backwards progress in the gym.

In his own words: "You're borderline low, but I think this is a better option than going on natty light for life"

Just LOL@medicine in the US and A. Modern doctors are absolute pill-pushing quacks.

In b4: diet, sleep better, exercise. I do all of that. I have legit hypogonadism and can't seem to get help anywhere. My balls are literally the size of marbles. Always have been. srs.

lmao

bro bro bro

a board certified doctor just prescribed you mind altering and damaging drugs instead of just adjusting your hormones lmao

that being said, try neither. Try attacking whatever is causing the low t. Its probably low sleep/unclean diet/stress or some chit.

There's no such thing and going to a doctor and getting a cure. Every doctor pushes products in their wheel house and gets a reputation. If you're dead set on test, go to an anti-aging doctor.

I just went to a low T clinic and get weekly shots.

Test went from 310 to 900's in a few months.

Cost me around $100/mo because my insurance wont cover it but its worth it to me

Roughly $3/day. People spend more daily on junk food.

Yeah lets prescribe antidepressants to further destroy your hormone levels. Doctors in the US are either ignorant or big pharma poison pushers.

Crazy how they are fine giving you an anti-depressant that alters your brain chemistry that you have to take for life but a test injection is ‘too much’

Let alone you dont need to inject for life if you do a correct pct and are able to get your LH back to baseline with clomid and HCG

Wood rather inject for life than walk around being miserable low T though

yeah there's no p c t for mind altering drugs

absolute insanity for a medical doctor to prefer them over addressing core issues.

Get a different Dr.

My completely natural total T was 60! This is when I was 30 and should have been around 900. Still, it took me 4 different doctors that would finally write a script for test. An endocrinologist may be your best bet.

Even now he doesn't let me get over 600, but at least I'm not completely miserable anymore. Still sucks that I'm about half of someone who hit the genetic lottery.

I’ve started skipping my primary care physician all together. If I have an issue, I go to a doctor for that specific issue.

Regular doctors seem to be pretty potato and just end up recommending you the person should have seen in the first place.

Been on TRT since 20 or 21, from 112-124 ng/dl over multiple tests, now sitting at 600-800 ng/dl, but I've been lucky that all my docs are cool I guess.

They don't give me the shot, fck going in every week, they just give me the test and syringes; costs like $4 per month; dumb they throw some things out to people but not others. I legit have 2 degenerated discs and a fractured vertebrae and in 4 years I can't even get pain killers due to no doctors prescribing them anymore because of all the lawsuits by people who abuse them. I just get told to deal with it.

Such truth.

I went to the doc a few months ago - tired constantly, no energy, no interest in usual fun things...got bad enough to get me to go. Doc orders a blood test, then in the same visit BEFORE the blood test was done...nevermind seeing the results - she offers to put me on antidepressants. I said I'd like to do some research first or wait a bit until the results come in - she says "No problem, if you decide to just call the office and i'll have a prescription sent out".

No wonder people pop them like candy.

Oh - turns out my iron was ridiculously ridiculously low.
