Anyone else think bloatlords/ladies are weird?

Like they never lose fat, and all they do is focus on lifting heavy for a couple reps.

I get it - you’re strong. But that chit looks nearly as unhealthy as regular obesity.

Who was cardiovascular health or athleticism?


TLDR a high amount of bloat lords and ladies at my gym and it’s kinda unappealing
