Is Virginia the dirtiest state in USA?

Ded srs. Stuck here for work for a bit and simply amazed at trash literally everywhere. As someone who has been to litter-filled Detroit and the toilet of Flint more times than I can count, I shouldn’t be amazed like this but this is certainly on another level.

To be fair I’ve never been to SF with all the needles and feces

What part of Virginia are you in? That’s not been my experience at all. Pretty beautiful state overall, especially the western part by Shenandoah.

So far Norfolk and Richmond. It’s like there are hoarders living everywhere outside

yeah those are chithole, crimes and a large demographic of a certain type of person

go up to northern Virginia it's littarly like Soda Sopa from south park, some of the richest areas in the country

Fair enough. Most cities are dirty, these two just seem to really up the ante
