Anyone here supplement with beet root products?
I know most of the misc consists of basement dwelling incels who don’t lift but I digress.
Anyone used the subject product? Were the results noticeable? Arganine/citruiline are awesome, I’m a big fan of anything that ups NO. Picked up some beet root powder today, hoping it produces results.
Pls respond

I eat beets at least once weekly. I genuinely just like the taste of beets, but I grew up eating beets as a kid (Eastern European family).
I like to bake beets in the skin then peel them and eat them sliced. Or I make a simple beet soup using some kind of stock (veggie, chicken, beef, etc) and just add shredded beet + vinegar and seasoning to taste (think borscht)
Also like to shred raw beets with radish and add onion and lemon juice and/or vinegar + salt and pepper, sometimes horseradish and make a little salad.
apparently the health benefits are good, but I just like them, and they make my piss and chit turn red

Only preworkout I use, beet root powder mixed with water and I squirt some mio with caffeine in there. Good pumps and doesn't include all that random bull**** you don't need in those preworkout concoctions(which I used to use heavily, OG craze was my fave)

Studies showed huge improvements in endurance from some chemical these contain. I would not bother, though. Seemed like too much effort for some dangerous / ineffective science last time I looked into it.
