I'm going back on semen retention
I remember doing this a few years back, those were the times I felt the most clarity, the most momentum. Since then I fell into drinking and bullsh!t, which includes fapping (sometimes to porn). It's just stupid how much brain fog I have now so I am going to regain my test and my discipline using semen retention and nofap again. Wish me luck brahs, and I recommend this sh!t to anybody dealing with the same brain fog and "meh" attitude towards life.

My mental gets worse when I don't coom.
