Egg debate (Again) (Srs)
So I've been dealing with some health probs for 18 months and am trying to look at everything.
Now I'm gonna investigate if I have some type of problem like Atherosclerosis
My cousin and brother are always going on about how I should stop eating so much eggs but I figured that was debunked.
I also always had good blood cholesterol on my blood tests so I figured it was fine.
I have 6 per day, every day for as long as I can remember.
been looking up that saturated fats are what you should be worried about more and to limit it.
as well as sodium which can cause high blood pressure.
Is it possible that even though your blood cholesterol is low, that you could have blocked arteries?
Ive had other issues that make me feel this is possible.
wat do you guys think? about eggs and the overall topic?

Maybe not good for an overweight sedentary person. A person who is lean and exercises no problem.

It's hard to know wtf to believe as there's so much conflicting information on the whole cholesterol and saturated fat topics. I certainly wouldn't eat 6wholeeggs daily myself, to err on the side of caution, but that doesn't necessarily mean doing so is bad.

Atherosclerosis? How old are you op?
If you do a decent amount of Cardio, I highly doubt eating 6 eggs a day does anything to mess you up.
What kind of work do you do?

I eat 6-12 eggs a day (srs). I have healthy cholesterol levels, if you’re concerned get a blood test to prove it, it’s not expensive especially to run a basic panel.

I ate a lot of eggs in the late 90s and again in the mid 2000's and had no issues. I wouldn't be worried about it compared to all the modified chit food that's in a lot of peoples diets. HFCS, Soy Protein, seed oils, preservitives.

i would avoid dairy fat but not eggs unless you're genetically predisposed toward hypercholesterolemia as a result of dietary cholesterol, which you are not
egg yolks contain fat with the most valuable nutrition per gram of anything across the entirety of the human diet srs

Is this because you have had what seemed like circulation problems? Or some sort of heart/chest pain thing?
You can have a sonogram I think of your veins to see if they are working properly.

the science behind the no egg propaganda was that it was high in cholesterol. well turns out if you dont eat high cholesterol our body upregulates our internal cholesterol manufacturing, if you do eat high cholesterol our body downregulates our cholesterol manufacturing. we were designed to survive either situation. the only issue is when we do something in excess like eat 20 eggs for every meal. sounds retarded but guess what, in modern times retarded things like that tend to make sense for some. imagine all the protein and nutrients for just a few bucks! meanwhile your practically od'ing on cholesterol.
tldr: your good to eat eggs on the reg, moderation is king

Ive done many ekgs in the past year alone but I want some specialized testing. Maybe from a cardiologist.
Not to mention some possible problem with my dink where it seemingly shrivels up and rarely hangs low. I'm already a grower but sometimes it gets weird. Also basically never get mornin borars. Maybe sometimes at night.
who knows if this relates to the topic at all but it all needs to be looked into.

I eat a dozen eggs and I'm healthy. My grandparents did the same and lived to their 90's. Small sample size I know, but I trust that more than the clown "experts" that don't even know what boys and girls are.

There is "chelation" which is hit or miss and a lot of ppl get worse when they do the ivs for it.
Usually only for really bad cases like youre about to die or something
they said we can redo the test 1 month after and it went down by more than half. So I guess thats why they didnt call back or book the toxicologist apt.
I dont think there is anything they could do anyways.
I'm sure ive eliminated the problem now but that stuff can sometimes stay in your body.. possibly forever.
Main symptoms are usually neuropathy in forehead/head, dizziness, trouble thinking and weird problems with right foot and hand that come on about the same time as other symptoms

No point in tips and tricks unless you holistically consider your atherosclerosis situation.
Cut down sugars. Supplement fish oil or something like this.
Try medicine if your situation looks too bad.
I would also consider Vitamin D and K2 supplementation, and proper diet and exercise if you're not already (including aerobic exercise).
