Alcohol probably worse for bodybuilding, while smoking is obviously worse for your lungs.
I'm back, bitches!

It makes you start looking like chit quickly. Last year I was going through a bad breakup where the chick cheated on me and then basically acted terrible for a couple more months. Eventually I was smoking like 20 cigs per day, which is more than I have in a loooooong time. Face skin got red, looked like hell. People thought I was using hard drugs, and it was really just cigs.
I still like the occasional cig as it makes me poop and sometimes is the best way to calm down when stressed. But smoking more than very occasionally makes you go downhill quicky.

Its 2022 and people are still smoking....LOL WUT?
I guess the same could be said for alcohol but most people that drink alcohol dont end up on oxygen or with cancer...
Imagine dragging around an oxygen tank for the last decade of your life huffing and wheezing to breathe knowing d*** well you knew the risks while puffing away.
I will NEVER understand it. Insect level decisions.
