Went too long without ejaculate

I was having internal pains. Like I see my girl on the weekends but I refuse to fap. I thought I was dying. I was taking ex lax and eating good. Could not figure CD out what was wrong. My balls started to hurt bad and while scrolling through Instagram while taking a dump I saw my favorite chick and got a crazy urge. I gave in and fapped and just like that the pain was gone. It was not a dump. I had too much sperm in me or something. Can’t believe that!!

you should ejaculate atleast weekly. im not against no fap by anymeans for a limited period of time but it is apart of normal mens health to ejaculate.
