Randomly got ringing in my right ear yesterday…

And I still have it this morning boyos WTF? I’m used to tinnitus but there is usually a directly cause such as swimming and water getting stuck in my ear or a gunshot or something of the sort. Randomly at my house yesterday I got a extremely loud ringing in my right ear with a little bit of pressure, and it’s still going strong this morning..

Should I just deal with it? I tried to wash the eardrum out and no success on stopping the noise. Now I’m about to serve a bunch of stupid tourist with one working ear..
