I have a problem

I'm 27. I spend most of my time playing video games, binging tv shows, surfing the internet, and beating off. I still live my family, I still make minimum wage working retail jobs, I have no love or sex life, separated from all my old friends, have no skills whatsoever, etc.

don't know what career to pursue, where to even start. What do. I fuked up with my life and I feel stuck. I don't want to die and have this be all I ever amounted to. It's 10PM and I haven't done a single productive thing all day.

you need to spend more time than you currently are pursuing the things you'd like to see changed about yourself

all of those activities you listed are time killers and offer 0 productivity to any of the real goals or aspirations you have for yourself

allocate your time and energy better and you should see a vast improvement

Start with one thing that's good for you and relatively easy to accomplish. Like go outside and walk 30 min a day. Do that for a few days and get accustomed to feeling better about yourself. Keep doing that thing plus pick another thing to do or improve. Repeat/continue. The longest journey begins with a single step. If you try to fix or change everything all at once, the chances you'll succeed are very low. Starting small makes this process much more manageable.

I was in your shoes when I was 25, but not living at home . I had to get a room mate to help make the mortgage payment.
Actually started going to work with him for three weeks ,not getting paid or anything, but I had f all better to do at the time .
Next thing you know the company needed someone, and I’ve been working there ever since

A career is a hobby that you do for money.

A job is work you must do to survive.

So, you need to get a career going.

If you think you don't like anything, you are wrong, you admire something done in society. You should meditate on it and then decided to get training in whatever that is.

If you do something you admire, you will enjoy it for many years.

As a side note, about 20 years ago I was getting tired of my career and wanted to do something more fun and less stressful. A gf talked me out of it because I was "too old" and that was 20 years ago so I was not too old. I still do all kinds of new things and so I was stupid.

So, don't think you're too old to learn something that's going to help you live an interesting life.
