I once saw him working out at a gym and all he did was fairly light (225 if I remember right) deadlifts for high rep sets for a very long time. Was huge in person, nice and approachable as well. Saw T.O. at the same gym too, he was absolutely shredded but was smaller in real life than I would have guessed.

I recently re-watched some highlights from the 2000 Ravens Super bowl run, and Sharpe was such a beast. Even with the GOAT defense, that offense doesn't get them over the hump without him. Glad he's still looking good.
