Total test went from 528 to 765, LTC ph@gs come on in



Entire hormone profile improved from my last test in March.

Took boron, tongkat ali, and fadogia. Didn't change much of anything else, added some more carbs to my diet but that's really it.. AMA

That's pretty normal variance. Really need multiple tests to get a more accurate idea of your levels.


Could simple be the difference in quality of sleep week leading up to test. Even weather has an affect.


Tldr: one test doesn't mean chit

Tong Kat is the truth, definitely improves motivation.

Bought mine off Amazon, it's just powder form tho, so measuring out consistent 400-600mg is painful

Currently on 1 week off after 2 weeks on. Might go longer next time.

What is your dosage for tongkat Ali? Looked on amazon and saw a company called Dorado for fadogia. They have fadogia for both 1000mg and 600mg dosages. Super interested, always down to experiment with natural herbs to maximize my body. Repped. (Ded fkn Srs)

Had similar results even though my sleep was dogchit during the period so it should have fluctuated downward. Upped the dosage on both after a break.
