Can we mostly agree that a 10/10 girl can approach a guy, if she wanted to?

Because a 10/10 girl, all her life she's being approached by, confident guys, and beta guys. Guys who got game, guys who don't got game. Guys who know how to get her # / ask her out, and guys who suck and fail at it. So, guys who know what to say, and guys who don't know what to say.

An older girl, esp. in her mid and late 20s, has that experience. So if she wanted to get a guy, she has experience and ideas on how to, without acting shy or whatever.

Obviously, this wouldn't be the case for uglier girls. As uglier girls get less approached by guys their whole life, which causes them to feel undesired and low self-esteem, so they would never really care to approach guys.

They do if the guy is hot enough, but those guys are rare. I had a legit 10/10 blonde with a sculpted face straight out of a magazine give me the eyes on the train and as she was getting up to approach me I switch seats to reject her because I had an important business meeting at an expensive restaurant later that evening and wanted to stay both sharpandfocused so the girl, however gorgeous she was, had no chance.

which is why I kinda feel bad when I reject the obvious 'subtle' advances of top tier women, I often ask myself if this discourages them from approaching men they find attractive in the future

Well yes that's true which I why a mentioned every woman has their own version because their version of approaching isn't necessarily an approach at all.

But in many women's minds they believe those gestures are enough to be considered as much.

I don't think so OP. Even the ugly ones get approached enough that you'd think they'd be able to flip it around and approach with skill. But for whatever reason it just doesn't translate that way. I can only surmise that it must be different receiving the attention than trying to capture it. The extent of skill most women have approaching is actually walking up and saying hi (misc jokes aside). After they say hi, they assume their work is done and it's back on you to lead the conversation.

Are we considering anything an approach? Like I can’t even keep track of how many times woman would come right next to me with the hope I’m gonna start it by talking. But they basically just sit there and not talk if I don't say anything. Just recently a pair of girls came and sat right beside me. One was hot the other not so much so I don’t care to escalate anything.

I'm talking alpha game vs. beta game. If a guy tried sitting next to a girl in the hopes that she will approach him, will this turn women on? No, if anything, this could turn women off.
