Let me go off on a tangent for just 20 seconds:

Can someone please aware me on why Dutch people are always so snarky and sarcastic? Is it a cultural thing? I used to know this Dutch family many years ago, and literally every other thing they said was some sort of sarcastic/snide remark.....

... it's like:"dude, chill the f/ck out, there's no need for you to feel like you have to say something quick-witted or sarcastic every 10 seconds..."


The entire family was like that - they were always trying to MOG each other to see who can be more sarcastic..... It didn't matter if it was 5:00AM in the morning or 11:00PM at night, muthaf/ckers never gave it a rest...

I remember the older sister had some sexy legs, blond hair, big t/tties and a thick booty..... but she had a jacked up face and her snarky attitude made her insufferable....

I remember going to the Amsterdam airport early 90's and security was mainly little blonde HBB's in their cute police unis carrying machine guns. Hnnngggg.

Supposedly this is because of climate change policy? And that this is about reducing their livestock farming specifically of which 70% is exported anyway so redditors claim they won't even notice any shortages in the Netherlands.

Now, just playing along with the theory this is to help reduce gas emissions or whatever and to be more green....won't another country just end up filling the void in the market? So even if the Netherlands produces less greenhouse gases reducing it's livestock, will that actually do anything to reduce the global emissions if another country picks up a greater share? From some of the snippets I've read, it actually sounds like Netherland farmers try to be more green than most countries, so if another country does livestock farming it would probably result in less efficient methods and more greenhouse gases I would think.

I mean i know both sides can argue whether global warming due to humans is real or not all day, but I'm just curious if what they are trying to do even works in theory for people who believe in global warming.
