Mercilessly mogged a trainer in front of his client
Limited Cliffs:
- Trainer said I didn't wipe down machines
- Yes I did
- Called him out on it
- Dude couldn't say chit and got caught out in a lie
- Pulled some bitchmade snitch chit and got punk'd like a ho in front of his people
- Not even sure what his motivation was
Full Cliffs:
- Visiting Lithuana currently (based and beautiful country, wood rec for any travelbrahs)
- Went to a gym near the flat I'm renting
- Got a day pass
- Trained legs, caught a few sloots mirin my sustained, deep ATG squats (das it)
- Doing the final part of my workout-- cardio (3000m rowing machine, finished in <12min because I'm a Chad)
- Reveling in my own glory after the sesh, still sitting on the rowing stool
- Admin of the gym comes over to me kind of embarrassed and taps me on the shoulder
- We had talked quite a bit earlier when I was registering and I was telling him how much I love his country-- this is probably my 5th time here in the last 2-3 years
- Tells me he's sorry but one of the trainers told him I was not wiping down machines after I finished and that they really ask guests to be mindful of this
- I wipe down all machines after I finish always
- Told admin this
- Admin says don't worry about it
- Ask which trainer it was
- Admin won't tell me but there's only two in the gym (lol)
- Walk up to the first one and say 'hey bro you speak English or Russian?' (everyone here speaks Lithuanian plus one or the other)
- English
- Ask him which machine I didn't wipe down
- Dude kind of fumbles around saying I need to wipe down machines
- Told him I wiped down every single machine I used (and btw I literally only used the Leg Extension and the Hammie Curl so JFL)
- Dude starts telling me I need to bring a towel
- Tell him if the gym requires a towel they need to tell people that and/or provide them with a towel, otherwise I follow the rule at every other gym in the world and wipe down the equipment after I use it
- Dude's client is getting visibly uncomfortable (sorry brah)
- Admin comes over and says something to the trainer in Lithuanian which I can't understand (I have very bad Lithuanian and only know a handful of words)
- Trainer tries to walk away so I ask him again which machine I didn't wipe down
- The guy is just completely defeated
- OP goes to locker room
- When leaving I see trainer**** chastising adminbrah (probably because he thought he snitched or something)
- Yell across the entire gym, 'Why are you talking to him about this brah, I'm right here, come talk to me.'
- Trainer again retreats
- Admin apologizes profusely as I leave, tell him don't worry I'll be back literally every single day while I'm here so he can see for himself
- Big smiles back and forth
Honestly phuck that motherphucker giga hard. I have intentionally great gym etiquette because I sweat more than the average person and usually I bring a little hand towel to keep myself a bit more presentable but I'm traveling right now so I didn't bring one with me. Cannot stand passive-aggressive people and make a point to be aggressive-aggressive with them to remind them what weak homosexual ****g0ts they are (srs).
Why are people such massive kunts? Fuark man. You can't just be a decent person in the streets, you have to be decent and ready to throw down at a moment's notice too otherwise soyciety tries to cuck you because they sense the strength of a real man.

I like to troll my wife by mixing up Tom and Colin Hanks. It drives her wild and keeps her interested. If Tom's on, I will say something about Colin looking old and vice versa etc. Tonight I was in full troll mode but said TOM WANKS instead by mistake. She got so worked up that SHE started calling him Tom Wanks, I was like lmao.
Damn

1. Dispense 2-3 paper towels
2. Stack them on top of one another to maximize absorption
3. Spray antiseptic or whatever spray 3-5 times depending on nozzle power
4. Wipe all parts of machine human skin might touch
This method is best because it doesn’t leave the machine soaked for 5 minutes with antibacterial. It’s dry in under minute, I’ve timed it because one time a different PA ****gy time trainer tried to tell me that I left the machines “too wet” after cleaning them ded srs.
PTs are honestly some of the of the most salty cucks on the planet.

You used common sense, if the bench is soaking wet after you’re done wipe it down, if it’s not even visibly damp no one gave af.
This wipe down every piece of everything came about from the paranoid germ freak normals who started going to chain gyms srs

Some gyms get nutty over having a towel and putting it down each time. They won't let you in without it.
Antibac spray and paper towel is definitely the most hygienic approach tho.

Yeah let me clarify that I wipe machines down when it’s needed or it’s crowded and someone is going to jump on right away.
I am not an antibacterial freak who thinks wiping down machines is needed but most public corpo gyms expect this nowadays.

the only reason to wipe down equipment is if you leave visible sweat on it. and most people who care so much about germs wipe it down themselves anyway. so they machine is getting wiped twice regardless which is a waste of time, paper towels, and chemicals.
the old Jew Boomers in my gym spend more time spraying and wiping shiit down then they do actually working out.
one thing i am fanatical on is washing your hands if/after you piss/shiit at the gym and also washing your hands at the end of your workout. thoroughly. i think i've seen the same fanatical old Jew Boomer "sprayers/wipers" take a piss/shiit and then waltz right out of the bathroom like nothing happened. disgusting!
Flex made a good point many months ago - we are all touching the same dirty dumbbell handles. but that doesn't mean that i want to lay down in your dirty sweat, urine, or fecal matter.

A Dumbbell Has 362 Times More Germs Than a Toilet Seat
On average, the treadmills, exercise bikes, and free weights each had more than one million bacteria cells per square inch.
To put that in context, a typical toilet seat has only 3,200 bacteria cells per square inch, according to the report.
That means the average dumbbell has 362 times more germs than a toilet seat. The treadmills and bikes were even worse offenders, with 417 times more bacteria than a toilet seat.
Of course, not all kinds of bacteria make you sick. But more than 70 percent of the bugs the researchers found on gym equipment were potentially harmful to humans, according to the report. Some of the bacteria can cause pneumonia or infect your skin, ears, eyes, or respiratory system.
