Plant based diet brahs

What do you guys eat? Isit legit?

Watched a few documentaries on it and I’m intrigued, yet skeptical.

Was 100% plant based for two years. Never touched soy or any vegan processed junk. Felt good but these vegan documentaries contain a lot misleading statistics.

Pescatarian is better imo.
