Air purifier, who is using one?

Looking for a recommendation on a air purifier.

I live next to a busy freeway and I also have a neighbor that smokes weed everyday. The smell enter my place, it's not bad but it pisses off my wife a lot.
It doesn't bother me directly but I was wondering if I should get one for kid who's under 1 year old.

Anyone uses an air purifier? Any recommendation? Thanks

Seems kind of like a gimmick. I come from the " eat dirt" mentallity.
Never had allergies in my life or any issue like that.

Wouldn't really call that an air purifier

Higher merv filters get clogged easier and many people don't know this so they ice the AC up.

I have Dyson fans in every room mainly for the airflow but they do pick up a good amount of stuff, I change the filters every month and half. I have two dogs for context
