24 starting to feel old (SRS)

- Never wake up feeling refreshed no matter how many hours of sleep I get

- More aches and pains

- General lethargy

- Takes longer to recover from lifting

When I was 21 I felt unstoppable. The amount I’ve aged in 3 years is insane.

After age 21 life just becomes a blur because it moves so fast.

I’m 29 now but feels like just a couple years ago I was out drinking as a minor but it was actually almost a decade ago.
