Cloud bread help

Does anyone have a good recipe for cloud bread seriously?

I use the ingredients that I mostly can find on youtube and other sources but this **** isnt tasty at all. Its too moist and too damn salty even though I dont put salt at all! Its like im eating a damn salted sponge.



Any other ingredients so that its not that moist and salty?
