Have no idea what's in theaters now....

...and the few times I've gone this past year the theater has been absolutely dead. Theaters gonna go tits up like Blockbuster and Hollywood Video soon? I can't see this not affecting the movie industry, especially now that the alternative (streaming) is gonna have to tighten the belt and fight for ever smaller pieces of the pie now that there are like 50 services.
Virtue is its own reward.

Hadn't gone forever. Went to Top Gun with wife, it was busy and fun. Missed it, will go back if any good non woke movies come out.

I have a relative and when I’m at their house, the theater close by has a decent amount of customers. Maybe it’s just deserted where you are, that’s not a universal issue.

Nobody goes to the movies anymore.

Waiting for Topgun and Thor to hit the streams. My couch and home theater are way more fun than the movies.

Saw Top Gun at AMC and it was sick.

Weird asf. You order on app and pick up, they have 1 cashier. I remember the old days on Friday night when they’d have 10 cashiers with long as lines. It was pretty peak 90’s. It was 1/2 of the experience.

Sorry zoomers, just another thing you will never experience.
