Rate Taco Tuesday Dinner/10

Decided to make some street style tacos on a Tuesday.

Smoking some flattened boneless, skinless chicken thighs on the Traeger


Came out looking marvelous


Warmed up some tortillas


Chopped up the chicken along with some onions, cilantro, and lime


Muy delicioso!

When smoking low and slow, the outer layer gets dry but juices inside remain intact.

Pico and shredded cheese made an appearance after the pic was already taken.
