Misc needs a "Day of Truth and Reconciliation"

On that day, to be enacted:

--All banned accounts are reinstated.

--Everyone's rep count is set to zero.

--Repping gives very small amount of greens and negging gives significant amount of reds.

--A number of well regarded miscers are made into tribunes to protect the interest of the average miscer against the powerful mods. They are given power but in particular ways and circumstances.

I think it would be better because greens would grow really slow while reds can accumulate quickly so you'd have to mind your tongue so to speak.

Much better than the contemporary rep inflation we are dealing with. Add to it the unbanning of years of banned miscers and we are talking some lulzy AF miscing.
