Whats a negative trait you have that needs fixing

Thats is, in terms of personality.

For me, it is always trying to get 1 up in nearly every scenario. So I guess an inflated ego problem.

I really gotta get better with talking to new people. I'm great with interviews or first dates, but I'm terrible with new meetings if it's a 1-on-1 with no context. Just struggle with what to talk about.
