Why are Real Estate agents in London mostly not British?

I thought this country was tired of Europeans taking jobs that are below the ones that are high skill and high end.

Yet, real estate agents are made up of only Indians (non British born), Italians and Spanish.

Literally no Brits in that job. It is a subhuman job but not Starbucks barista level of subhuman and can make some livable wages.

It’s like their only goal was to keep polish people down and let every other type of person stuck it in slowly

It is a dodgy poorly regulated industry so you see people there that thrive in that environment. The Brits are likely in sales or commerical property.

There are a lot more Brits in it outside of London though. Most of them are the kinds of people who misuse big words and dress in suits that don't fit thinking they've made it because they could just about finance a range rover.

If you haven't noticed a very high proportion of London residents weren't born in the UK.

And I don't think low level rental real estate is particularly well paid.
