HELP Shoulder pain during overhead press

I know nobody lifts here but about 18 days ago i hurt my left shoulder playing basketball (outstretched arm). There was anterior shoulder pain (only the left) the next day in overhead movement and movement where you try touching your right rear delt with your left hand.

Anyways i stayed off it for 18 days and can workout in most directions (rows, lat raises, even pullups and rear delt exercises) (i havent tried chest presses) but i tried light overhead press and the pain came when doing 30lbs dumbbells but not 20s. Whats wrong with my shoulder?

also, it does not hurt in any movement when tthere is no weight(after 18 days) Before when I would do the movements that would cause pain, some painless popping would follow the pain

This guy has a couple good videos

Has got me back to benching after multiple years avoiding it

Don't over think it, see a doctor if you're worried. Else follow a recovery program.
