There's different type of Buddhism.

There's Zen Buddhism which would focus on not thinking about women or any of the ideas noted in the OP.

If you spend time focusing on what women are doing you are then "tied to the world" and messing up your enlightenment.

The goal is "No Mind" which is living life without thinking or plotting too much.

Haha!

It's an ancient strategy.

Buddhism is about "Lay Down and Rot" while doing anything positive if possible.

You aren't supposed to love anyone, be that friendly, or get involved in anything you have to focus on too much.

The world is the crazy illusion of people and if you are too serious about any one thing, you get sucked into the illusion and will be miserable.
