Misc lawyers - got a bit of a strange situation - paternity
Update: mystery solved. See post 8
So I was bored and just typing random names into the district clerk website to see what sort of degenerate stuff they had done in the past. When I typed in the name of a sloot I used to work with, it came up with a paternity suit. That's where it gets strange. There are 3 defendants:
dude: 19 yo gang banger (literally - 52 Hoover Crips) with a rapidly expanding rap sheet
another sloot: from what I can gather on the net is 38 yo
my friend: 32 yo lesbian, been married to another sloot for 1.5 years, engineer, really smart, very, very highly unlikely she got knocked up by the dude imo.
The suit was filed on March 29, and nothing has happened since then, they haven't even been served yet, so maybe she doesn't know about it. I haven't seen her in person in about a year, but we text semi-regularly and if she was pregnant, I'm pretty sure she would have told me.
So, why would there be more than one sloot in a single paternity suit, and is there any possibility a non-pregnant sloot would be a defendant in a paternity suit?

I did find a few cases where there were 3 defendants, but it was one sloot and 2 dudes (usually one of which had the same last name as the sloot - ouch).

I have a friend who has two lesbian girlfriends who are married. He got one of them pregnant. Things are working for them, but if things went wrong there would probably be a similar paternity suite. The lesbians could somehow argue that hes not the father and that the lesbians are the parents. Maybe throw something in there like hes a donor or something. I don't know how it works but everything changed in 2012 so who knows at this point.

I texted with her last night and she said nothing about a lawsuit or getting pregnant. We're pretty close (we call each other big bro / lil sis) and I worry about her even though I know she can take care of herself.
I did find another one with 1 dude, 2 sloots. Both sloots had the same last name, so I assume sisters?

Update: I think I solved it.
On the dude's family abuse charge there is a restraining order keeping him away from someone identified as A.B. (same initials as my friend) with which he had been in a dating relationship and also states that the protected person is a minor. My friend is 32. Also on his financial affidavit he states that his 7 mo old daughter lives with him (no doubt the one the paternity is about) and she has the same last name as my friend. The affidavit is from April, which puts the birth in September, and my friend would have been 6 months pregnant the last time I saw her in person, and she definitely wasn't.
Verdict: two different sloots with the exact same 3 names.
Still doesn't explain why there are 2 sloots on the same paternity suit, but I don't much care anymore now that I know my friend is OK.
