Looking for recommendations for elbow compression sleeves
been having issues with tendinitis so i took a little time off. hoping i can get some good sleeves that help keep things in check.

been using rehband knee sleeves on my arms for a decade for that exact reason

they work great
they're pretty thick though - great for pressing movements but wouldn't use them as a general "wear all workout" solution

Elbow sleeves aren't going to fix tendinitis. Here's what might help:
1. High rep one-arm pushdowns with very light bands or cable (50-100 reps per set for 200 total reps). I would do these at the end of every workout and always the day after pressing.
2. Forearm pronation and supination stretches (see pic) these can be done every day.
3. NSAIDs (Aleve is my preference for joint pain) before pressing, ice after pressing.
