How do we make Whites racist again?



Thankyou to Stezuz for this infograph.

As you can see, ingroup preference and outgroup racism are both dangerously low compared to other groups. How do we raise these levels? White history month? Banning CRT in schools? More casual racism and racist humor?

Please discuss ways we can fix this problem.
