What medical deficiencies do you suffer from?

I have summer allergies. It’s been bad this year. My jaw cracks often when doing alot of chewing. I have bad knees and my joints crack a lot when I walk up stairs. My skin can get itchy and I have a little dry/cracked skin condition on my hand. I use creams everyday. If I get up too fast or do a quick movement I can get dizzy spells. My eyes will keep twitching sometimes. I’m going to say this is from always wearing contacts or my astigmatism, or something in that regard. I get carpel tunnel in my hands because of my job. That was a mouthful. Overall I consider myself pretty healthy but you can’t really avoid some of these things.

A few random allergies. Always had trouble sleeping even when there's zero stress in my life. I average 4-6 hours a night, which includes naps. I sometimes stay up all night just because.

Tinnitus in one ear.
Terrible cedar fever allergies.
Semi-permanent neck and shoulder pain on my right side. If I never had to use a computer it would probably go away, but as it is it hurts most of the time.
Sometimes left hip pain that can turn into lower back pain if I don't do something about it.
