Inaccurate. She actually said, "Lady Amberley ought to get a good whipping," not feminists. There's some interesting context there, as Lady Amberley was specific about her advocacy for women in medicine. It wasn't anti-feminism, it stemmed from the idea that knowledge of the body should be kept away from unmarried women, sentiments still seen in insular communities today (see Ezras Nashem, who still only allows married women to serve as emergency responders). She was a huge Florence Nightingale Stan, so I think she was more complementarian than anti-feminist, again, inconsistent at best.

Queen Victoria was based and didn't use her sexuality like Elizabeth, but she was less than consistent, even approving and contributing to the Victoria Press, founded to get more women into publishing, what would now pretty much be labeled a feminist zine.

She's a cool broad.
