AIDS is very difficult to spread via normal intercourse. While it can, it's far more rare. Are you suggesting it's the same risk, because that's untrue.

No, I'm not saying it's the same risk. All it takes is an exchange of bodily fluids, and that is more likely with anal sex because there is more likely to be tearing.

Lots of straight people have anal sex, but their rates of infection are not nearly as high as gays because they're not having it with 1000 different people.
