Just made this dish…10/10 srs

Or a pretty close version of it…

I couldn’t find gochujang sauce so I just used Korean sweet and sour. I also add chopped bell pepper. I was feeling lazy and bought a bag of pre-cooked carved chicken breast too (on sale). I just ate the entire dish, right under 500 calories and 60+ grams of protein. THIS IS A MEAL HACK MISC.

This may be the best tasting ‘diet’ or ‘shredding’ meal I’ve ever had…fuuuaaaarrrrk. 10/10 srs.

Ingredients I used and STILL turned out great:

-1 bag of precooked carved chicken breast (9 oz)
-1 small chopped onion
-1 small chopped bell pepper
-1 package of Miracle Noodles (7 oz)

Sauce:

- 10g Rice Vinegar
- 10g Korean sweat and sour sauce (video calls for gochuchang sauce I couldn’t find)
- 13g PB powder
- 30g lite soy sauce
- 2g sesame oil (optional)
- salt and pepper

Cook the onions and chopped bell pepper first till onions caramelized. Dump chicken in (this was pre-cooked so just added to warm up). After a few minutes on medium heat, I dumped everything on a plate and added my Miracle Noodles to the pan. Cooked those for about 5 minutes till no moisture and then added back the chicken/onion/bell pepper. Finally stirred in the sauce and cook for another minute and removed from heat.

You got to try this misc…cutting just got 10 times easier. I’m full as fugg, close to bedtime and only at 1700 calories…fuuuaaaark I’m gonna have to shove food in my mouth before bed…

Gochujang sauce is easy to find mate, at least in UK.

Go to any Asian shop and you will find a big can of gochujang. My favourite sauce srs.

Not many Asian shops close by. I did look in the asian section though. When I didn’t see it, I quickly looked up what is something close and all I could find was sweet and sour. Can it be called something else besides gochuchang? May pick some up from Amazon if I can’t find it…
