Rate Din/10 - Pierogies 'n Sausage!

Since I'm living in Pittsburgh now I wanted to try my hand at some Pierogies.

Cooked up some Chedderwursts while my cast iron heated, then used it to cook up some onions/peppers while cooking the sausage and finishing the pierogies on the cast iron.

Was good AF boyos.

pierogis need to be cooked evenly. also, served with sour cream. those look soupy and basic.

I did pre boil them. Just finished em off on the grill to give them some color/texture (And some flavor from the sausage/vegie oils)

****. I was honestly thinking that they'd probably be better with some kind of sauce.

Sour Cream sounds right.

Actually had some recently at a place that had lots of Pierogi options, which is what made me want to try making this.

The Pierogi I got had been cooked in some kind of light sauce, but it was also good af and had sausage etc.
