I saw this movie for the first time 2 years ago. On Acid, srs. Had one of the most surreal moments of my life.

Dropped acid right before putting the movie on with my boy. Really started tripping balls later in the movie.

The scene where Kiefer Sutherland injects the main guy and he starts having all the flashbacks. I'm sitting there wondering wtf and I say out loud "How come Kiefer Sutherland is in all this dudes memories", and the mother **** turns to the camera and says "I bet you are wondering why i keep appearing in your memories..."

My mind exploded.

Great fuking movie tho.

I thought it was chit, boring and confusing. I’d give it a 3/10 at best. And I love Ryan Gosling as an actor.

75% of the way through it right now.

Not bad. Not amazing, but a decent zone out action movie.

Watching it now. Would recommend. No woke chit but mostly unrealistic over the top fight scenes. Gosling is actually good at the funny alpha role.

I liked it but am really tired of stories about "assassins" as that has been going on for decades.

They are about some "nice guy" assassin with other "assassins" chasing him for some reason.

There needs to be more story to these films.

It's ironic but Marvel movies have massive stories with tons of background. You can talk about the plots but many movies today have nothing to talk about.

You could sum up Grey Man in a sentence or two.

6/10. Better than most of the crap out there. Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans are good at their roles. But it's a generic script that carried by a big budget, the actors, and direction from the Russos. Ana De Armas is good in it. The guy who plays the new CIA director sucks but he's the flavor of the moment from that British show. The Asian chick is meh. The shootout scenes are good with some solid fight choreography.

It was decent and held my attention, but isn't really something I'd ever re-watch or recommend to anyone.

5/10 completely forgettable action movie. Which I guess makes it a masterpiece by Netflix standards.
I call it "Celebration". It's sexual, and violent...

What fcking movie did you watch? It's the same inline as the Bourne movies. CIA program with someone using it for their own advantage and tying up loose ends..it's even said out loud in the movie.

I thought Winter Soldier was one of the best.

However, a good writer can only write what they have material and ideas for.

Comics are time tested "pre-written" stories and it's hard to screw them up because it's proven that some people already liked the characters. Also, comics provide a LOT of character development so that's in the stories too.

A story like Grey Man has very weak characters and so it's just one guy doing things against another guy. So, it's a pretty weak story with not much to talk about.

I can't even entirely remember why they were fighting. It was over some kind of computer chip?

Anyway, the assassin stories are boring to me. John Wick is one of the biggest examples of a pretty stupid idea where there's thousands of assassins and one is the old lady next door.

Watch it and it was entertaining, long but none stop action. Plot was a little cliche but the action paid off.
