Is it worth it to watch the Marvel movies? If so, where to begin?

I used to be a big fan of movies and over the years I just stopped watching most tv and movies altogether. Also my kids were never big into the Marvel stuff. I've watched the original X-Men trilogy and the older Spider man movies with Tobey Mcguire. And the first Avengers movie. But then it seemed like there were 3-5 movies coming out every year and I'm just not enough of a consumer to care about it.

Is there any order to watch these in? Just start from the first release date and go from there?

I generally enjoy them but right now its floundering because there seems to be no real plan in place other than make every minority super hero into a show.

They are all worth one watch, except for Eternals. That movie blew donkey tits.
