I just learned about it yesterday through a Youtuber (Penguinz)
It's a guy who just finds a girl online and just wants to send her money. No expectations, no strings attached. At the most, he'll ask her to insult him online but that's it. Just simps sending money to total strangers who just happen to be females with no expectations and no other reason.
Damn, women really have it on easy mode.
