Deadlift Injuries vs Strongman
I always see people here on the Misc say the deadlift is a one way ticket to snap city. I get it if you use poor form, but that kinda goes with most lifts.
I’ve been getting into strongman stuff lately, and a lot of the exercises are things that kinda require “poor form.” Pick up an atlas stone without rounding your back, kind of thing.
Are there a lot of injuries in strongman type lifting that I’m just not hearing about? Because deadlifting seems really safe in comparison, especially since I’m built to deadlift.
