One time I ordered a medium sub from Uber Eats and it cost me $30, more than double what it would’ve been if it just picked it up at the store.

Sike, made you enter the app! They probably figure that once they get you in there, you're more likely to just continue with an order even after discovering the promo doesn't apply

If they were extra scummy, they'd let you put together an order thinking you'd have the discount until you go to check out

Pick up or make my own food crew

The only time i could see a valid reason to use that is if i had a sloot over and didnt want to leave to pick something up etc...otherwise no way

Delivery fee's are getting so high now it's not even worth it, I'll just go pick it up (although it's still a blessing when you're drunk)
