I have a weird comp plan

After tax salary is 6k per month

Then I get quarterly bonuses that are about 10k after tax

Rent is 1850 so I guess I’m at 1850/10k so 18.5% goes to my landlord

Edit: thought this was a thread about percentage of income that goes to rent

I don’t tip my landlord - I’ve never even met them… they live in Hong Kong and I deal with their RE agent
