I'm surprised the mainstream media isn't talking more about this

For the unaware it's another assault weapons ban, but much worse

Unless they changed the definition for an "assault weapon", all that means is it'll outlaw fully automatic weapons like they did in the 90s. It's a completely useless law that is all theater politics for the November elections. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

They already changed the definition:

"This bill makes it a crime to knowingly import, sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess a semiautomatic assault weapon (SAW) or large capacity ammunition feeding device (LCAFD)."

And this is just political theatre... The Dems aren't really about gun control anymore because they need the occassional mass shooting to use as a platform to raise donation money....


The anti-gun platform is a Hilary Clinton and Diane Feinstein schtick, both of them are no longer relevant in politics and so the anti-gun narrative will lose steam among democrats in the coming years.

That literally doesn't define what an "assault weapon" is. Someone can literally assault someone with a stick. Are they going to ban sticks next? "Assault stick" (Ded fkn Srs)
