Nuclear diamond batteries to last 28,000 years
Could be a game changer misc. Uses lab grown diamonds and nuclear waste to create a battery that essentially charges itself and could last 28,000 years.

Pretty cool. I'd imagine you would still have to have some sort of traditional battery in the device as it seems NDB would release power similar to how a trickle charge works.
It's a shame people fear radioactive waste from nuclear power plants as much as we do. It should be taken seriously obviously, but it is not as bad as what the media portrays it.
