Why is the Mossad surveiling EOD1989?

Its clear that they planted an agent to survey him, the so called "jew" that sits next to him watching him is a Mossad operative, he ticks every box

the real question is why did the mossad place a jew supervising him? what type of chit did eod get involved in?

Eod is smart but im worried about why is some dude surveiling him?

EOD show yourself. I have NEVER been in a workplace where a jew just sits around for months, doing nothing at a time and still gets paid
