KS is not a hillbilly state. KS is a conservative, religious state with one of best K-12 school systems in the country. Think rich, educated farmers that never miss church. Think jayhawkers.

Contrast that with Missouri. There's where you'll find the hillbillies.

Hillbilly or not, the fact that a conservative and religious state voted pro-choice really speaks to the how outdated and unreasonable some of these 'muh values' ideologies are.

Sorry. I was thinking of Kentucky, not Kansas. My mother spent some time in Kansas in the 1950's as a child-said they had horrendous tornadoes & dust storms

Why do we care if the GOP crashes and burns? Most useless political party of all time. I do vote for them simply to stop the bleeding a bit, but I'd much rather see the correct decision being made (overturn of Roe) than have have the SCOTUS sit on their hands afraid to piss off liberals, when in the long run the GOP is doomed regardless of a Roe overturn or not.
